Good experience but lack of communication after purchase before delivery

I was kept well informed all the way through the process because of the delay in the build. On delivery of the car the sales executive explained thoroughly all the devices in the car.

Everything about my purchase was good especially our allocated sales executive. My only gripe is that on collection of the vehicle there were many dirt marks and glue residue on the car which I didn't expect on my new vehicle.

I met Tait at the Dealership when I visited to look around the showroom. From deciding to replace my mini with a new one to having received my new mini at the end of September Tait has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient.

I feel I was mis-sold the car I picked up compared to the one in the showroom. The only difference I expected was a smaller engine; the car's styling and name are different. I wasn't informed of this. It also took 8 days to receive my trade-in refund

Our custom was valued, we were not made to feel any different to any other mini customer even though we were motability. James' mini knowledge was spot on and he was very helptful. Delivery was on time and the car is stunning.

From meeting Tait at Two Mills I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was extremely helful but not pushy. I came back a few weeks later without him chasing me to purchase my mini. His communication skills were excellent too.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for low tyre pressure on picking up the car. Very disappointing that I had to put pressure in the car tyres within the first week of purchase.

The only issue was collecting the car. Could not find it on the front. It was parked at the rear by valet bays. Had to use app to find car.

Cant belive you book a service weeks in advance and a drop off and collection time can not be confirmed. I dropped my mini off at approx 9 am and it was avaiable for collection at 5pm. Not a bench mark service

My car was in for three months awaiting a part. During that time I received no communication from H J until I started chasing it up. Mini subsequently agreed to give me John Lewis vouchers for my inconvenience but I have yet to receive them!

My Mini recently had a brand new clutch installed, she is of a certain age - and in September was in for an MOT which was a resounding pass. Always have peace of mind leaving my Mini with the caring people I purchased it from.

Car failed MOT due to a tear in tyre and none in stock, so had to go back the next day to get the car. Paul in service was very helpful though. One other comment - the vacuuming of the car was not very thorough, sand left in boot (have pics).

When I turned on my car to drive away the wheels pressure was being reset but was only at about 49%. Since then I keep getting a notification that the system has failed and is unable to detect any lower pressure.

The washer fluid hadn't been topped up - car went in with tbe warning light on - and came back with it still on. Rear tyres were at 2.1 psi when it went in. Came back with same pressure so hadn't been checked or inflated
