Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for low tyre pressure on picking up the car. Very disappointing that I had to put pressure in the car tyres within the first week of purchase.

From the minute Tait sat me down he gave me nothing but a positive experience. From choosing the model to the finishings he made every step so exciting - especially as this is my first car purchase. He really was fantastic.

The initial salesperson I dealt with was very poor, no communication or updat with regards delivery, I had to constantly push for information, only after raising a complaint did I get made to feel my custom was valued.

The experience of dropping off the car is always good however the promise of a car clean and vac was not fulfilled which I was looking forward to. I've been getting a warning regarding tyre pressure which I mentioned at drop-off, but still there.

The washer fluid hadn't been topped up - car went in with tbe warning light on - and came back with it still on. Rear tyres were at 2.1 psi when it went in. Came back with same pressure so hadn't been checked or inflated

I spent £700 on a full service and wheel alignment. Part of the service includes wash n polish. One small area of my car had a bird poop smudge. Surely it was not too much to expect this to be polished out. This is disappointing as a new customer!
