Tate (two mills branch ) was fantastic and thorough going through all paperwork and keeping us up to date on the delivery. He went above and beyond to go over the car specs and showing us how to use the in-car electronics

The initial salesperson I dealt with was very poor, no communication or updat with regards delivery, I had to constantly push for information, only after raising a complaint did I get made to feel my custom was valued.

I spent £700 on a full service and wheel alignment. Part of the service includes wash n polish. One small area of my car had a bird poop smudge. Surely it was not too much to expect this to be polished out. This is disappointing as a new customer!

Worst experience i have ever had at Halliwell Jones. I was handed my keys back with no explanation about the work done to my car. Then spoke to by one of the team as though I am an idiot and my car was nowhere to be seen

I had a fantastic experience. The only thing stopping me from giving full marks is that, having identified that one of my tyres needed to be replaced, they weren't then able to do so.

Mostly excellent service with one minor but annoying wrinkle I only discovered later after my service the screen now tells me the car does not recognise my tyres!! This should not have been allowed to happen
