The initial salesperson I dealt with was very poor, no communication or updat with regards delivery, I had to constantly push for information, only after raising a complaint did I get made to feel my custom was valued.

The washer fluid hadn't been topped up - car went in with tbe warning light on - and came back with it still on. Rear tyres were at 2.1 psi when it went in. Came back with same pressure so hadn't been checked or inflated

I spent £700 on a full service and wheel alignment. Part of the service includes wash n polish. One small area of my car had a bird poop smudge. Surely it was not too much to expect this to be polished out. This is disappointing as a new customer!
