I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of the car, but the pick up arrangements could have been better. The option to have it delivered would have been good, but I understand this may have not been feasible with part exchanging my old vehicle

The service was a good experience. Each facet from 'booking in' to completion was carried out in a friendly, competent manner. I was provided with a courtesy car and therefore, didn't have to worry about other appointments/commitments.

Not understanding why complimentary internal 'mini-valet' (basically a hoover) does not include a wipe down of dash, central console! So disappointed to find console untouched when everything else looked so lovely! Think we're talking 5/6 min task!

My Mini had a full service and wheel alignment, which was done the same day. I found the wait a little long due to staff shortages, but I can't complain as the waiting area is very nice, and I was kept updated throughout by Paul.

Very satisfied with the service but perhaps not how long my car was in the center. It was a minor service and my car was there for 6 hours. Next time I will ask for courtesy car as I live 15 miles away and have no one to pick me up and back again.
