Honestly, yes the cars are so cool but it's the customer service that keeps me coming back. I dealt with Lee and Eve at the Chester branch, they kept me updated and made the process so easy. They're also genuinely lovely people, I will be back!

Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. James understood our needs and requirements and was keen to assist in setting up the functions in the car and communications to both our phones. Helpful after sales service too.

I had a pleasant experience during my visit. The seating area was clean and comfortable and I was not kept waiting long at all. Everything was explained to me in a clear and courteous manner and I was very thankful for the loan of the courtesy car.

The work done by the dealership was satisfactory. However, the booking in process was APPALLING! It took 15 mins to answer the phone initially, I was told it was booked into Mini at Two Mills then got an email to say it was at Haliwell Jones Chester.
