Having to travel from Wrexham to Chester requires setting off 7.30 to 7.45 (busiest time) to get to BMW service centre before 9.00. We have been led to believe that this will enable an earlier collection time, before 14.00.
Service advisor, Gareth Roberts, did not come across as being customer focused . This is the first time in 12 years we have experienced the poor service from an advisor.
Easy drop off at convenient time and met by staff to hand over keys. Car serviced by time agreed but had to ask for someone else to hand car back over as our sales adviser was dealing with another customer and had asked us to wait.
They advertised that you could have a free coffee in John Lewis whilst waiting for 2 hours but when I asked about it I was told I had to go to the main showroom to be given a talk on new cars before qualifying
Again whole operation very professional.

following a call from the servicecentre to tell us it was ready,we still had to wait 10-15minutes for the car to be brought through for our collection?
Disappointed that the digital service history wasn't updated due to a system fault. I wasn't told this and had to find out for myself it hadn't been updated. Means another visit back. If the technology doesn't work go back to a paper service book.

As mentioned above the members of the team I dealt with and spoke to were super. Welcoming and helpful with any queries I had. A faultless experience and I would highly recommend this branch to do business through.

Having bought my MINI in June at 3 months old my drivers car mat was worn i took my car to Halliwell Jones Chester they changed the mats gave the car a Health check and washed it . I was amazed with the service I was given
I gave advance notice that I wanted my tyres checking prior to it's MOT. Unfortunately due to the two rear tyres having metal dust caps the type pressure was not checked because the 'tyre man wasn't on site:"
Mini didnt know why it was booked in. Car was in for a new bumper under warranty and brake fluid. Warning light came on a few days after leaving the garage even though health check printed and showed green. Oil urgently needed.

Only downside was they didn't screw the dust caps back on to the tyre valves properly and I only noticed once I had lost two.
I have used this dealership before and have previously been unhappy with the service and attention I received. I was pleasantly surprised that the Staff were more efficient and cheerful than before.

This relates to the Service Pack, not the service. I was shocked when I booked in as I was told I didn't have Service Pack. Have had 2 minis from yourselves and one from dealer in Hailsham. Would never have knowingly bought without service pack.
