Halliwell Jones recommended a 2 year TLC extension on our Mini. With our low mileage this does not seem to have been good advice: It would have been much less expensive to have simply paid for what was needed at each service.
Price was not discussed. The advisor said it had already been agreed (but it hadn't). They magically knocked £30 off when I questioned it but there was no reason. Surely a service should be a set price?!
I have emailed the dealership expressing my concerns and my father took the call back from the salesperson he begged to differ on my points regarding the overall experience. I can forward you the email if you do want to learn from my experience.
The car being ready on time would have been better, however it was only 10 minutes late
It was convenient to use the automatic key drop-off, and the short video was a nice touch.
Rather a long wait to see someone when we checked in (short of staff?) and then some confusion about the map update (see below)

Purchase process 10/10. Collection 2/10 Although I cannot fault the sales rep in every process, finding the new vehicle had damage, is so disappointing. To collect a brand new vehicle and find theres a problem before it even left the show room.

Having to travel from Wrexham to Chester requires setting off 7.30 to 7.45 (busiest time) to get to BMW service centre before 9.00. We have been led to believe that this will enable an earlier collection time, before 14.00.
Service advisor, Gareth Roberts, did not come across as being customer focused . This is the first time in 12 years we have experienced the poor service from an advisor.
Easy drop off at convenient time and met by staff to hand over keys. Car serviced by time agreed but had to ask for someone else to hand car back over as our sales adviser was dealing with another customer and had asked us to wait.
They advertised that you could have a free coffee in John Lewis whilst waiting for 2 hours but when I asked about it I was told I had to go to the main showroom to be given a talk on new cars before qualifying

following a call from the servicecentre to tell us it was ready,we still had to wait 10-15minutes for the car to be brought through for our collection?
The whole experience was enjoyable and the customer was made to feel special and that the staff were happy that you were happy.
Disappointed that the digital service history wasn't updated due to a system fault. I wasn't told this and had to find out for myself it hadn't been updated. Means another visit back. If the technology doesn't work go back to a paper service book.
